Team Hendryx provides group and individual endurance training to athletes of all ages and all levels.
Based in Orlando, Florida, Team Hendryx's athlete coaches provide experience, support, and motivation to help athletes reach peak performance. The program services provide individual performance assessments, group endurance sessions, strength training, and online coaching. All coaches are USAT certified.
ANNOUNCING THE 2010 BOULDER ALTITUDE IRON DISTANCE CAMP
Welcome to the 2010 Boulder Altitude Camp! This camp is USAT Sanctioned (campers must be either USAT annual members or purchase a 1-day license) and will be held from May 24th to May 29th, 2010. Located in the triathlon Mecca of Boulder, CO, our camp will offer a myriad of swim, bike and run workouts on and up through the Rocky Mountains.
This camp will have guest speakers on nutrition, bike fitting and aerodynamics, injury prevention and strengthening, underwater swim video and running form analysis, Q & A with a pro triathlete, the best "goodie bag" (schwag) around, group welcome & ending dinners, supported ultra-ride, blood LT testing, and much, much more.
The focus of this camp is to provide an educational experience in iron-distance training while getting in a high mileage week (approximately 20 hrs) of quality training amongst a battalion of 15 other highly motivated athletes. Led by two veteran Ironman athlete/expert USAT coaches, Kevin Konczak of Gemini Multisport and Sean Hendryx, founder of Team Hendryx.
If you have ever dreamed about living the sport for a week like a pro, come to Boulder and attend the first annual Boulder Altitude Camp. This is IDEAL for athletes training for Ironman CDA or Ironman USA, or those who just want to learn and train a lot in the picture postcard city of Boulder.
